Michael Frisina, PhD, is founder/CEO of The Frisina Group and The Center for Influential Leadership, as well as an author, an educator and a consultant specializing in healthcare leadership and performance improvement. He was previously an assistant professor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He has held administration positions in both military and civilian healthcare systems at various levels of increasing responsibility.
