Jay is also a mixed martial arts fighter, who has won two title belts so far in his career. He joins Erica to share how he focuses on his many pursuits while also staying balanced and attentive to his recovery needs.

Jay also teaches Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts (MMA) classes and gives private lessons in these arts.
