Dr. Kit Bredimus is the Chief Nursing Officer at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas. Kit is a Board Certified Nurse Executive along with national board certifications in Nursing Leadership and Management as well as Emergency and Pediatric Emergency Nursing. Kit was named as a 2017 Modern Healthcare’s Rising Star in Nursing Award winner and the 2018 AONE Pamela Austin Thompson Early Careerist Award winner. Kit received his DNP from Texas Tech with a focus on improved mental health training for nurses. Kit has presented nationally on topics related to professional development, employee engagement, and transforming culture to improve outcomes
