Amy leads the design and delivery of national leadership programs for nurse leaders across all roles and settings. With more than 20 years of operational and executive leadership experience, she brings a strong ability to connect theory with real-world practice. Amy is known for helping leaders think differently, challenge assumptions, and apply knowledge in meaningful ways. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Missouri, with a focus on advancing leadership practice. 


Dr. Alysia Adams is an influential health care leader with experience spanning clinical leadership, operations, and innovation. She has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and brings a unique perspective that blends nursing leadership with entrepreneurship. Her work has been shared internationally, including with the International Council of Nurses. At AONL, she focuses on building partnerships and advancing education that supports nurse leaders in real-world settings.
