Chris is a certified strength and conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas. He also received his Master of Science degree in exercise physiology and human performance from A.T. Still University with the Arizona School of Allied Health in Mesa, Arizona. He holds his certified strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and his Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting certification from USA Weightlifting.
