April has a bachelors’ of science in nursing and is a registered nurse. She has been with Eisenhower Health for 12 years possessing a strong leadership focus on patient advocacy and teamwork to achieve high quality care outcomes. As the Quality & Patient Safety Director for Ambulatory Services she brings 21 years of knowledge in healthcare operations, including extensive inpatient and outpatient experience in the areas of Oncology, Emergency & Trauma Nursing, and Ambulatory and Community Services. At the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic, she established and managed the operations of Eisenhower Health’s Drive-Through Testing clinic, which heightened her desire to influence greater outcomes for the health system. In her current roll, her primary goal is to partner with Ambulatory Services leadership, providers, and staff to build the infrastructure necessary to drive quality and safety throughout the clinic division. She currently oversees Eisenhower Health COVID Vaccination clinic.
