Healthy Kid-Approved Snacks

Do you find it hard to come up with snacks you don't mind feeding your children?

They seem to want so many things that are unhealthy, yet would they eat healthier choices if they were available?

It's a daily struggle... all the ads for junk food make those cookies, cakes and chips look so good and tasty. But they are packed full with additives, colors and preservatives, making them the absolute worst choice for your kids.

Fortunately, there are healthy options you can keep around your house and even make in a flash to keep you hungry little ones satisfied - without feeding them junk.

In this segment, Melanie Cole, MS, is joined by Dr. David Hill, MD, to give you some great ideas for healthy snacking for your children and the whole family.
