Probiotics are all the buzz these days, but you may wonder if they would really help you as advertised. Are probiotics effect at easing bloating, gas, feeling full and a myriad of other uncomfortable feelings?

Plus there are so many other questions surrounding the use of probiotics.

For instance, do you get enough healthy bacteria if you just eat yogurt? Or do you have to take a supplement?

Does that supplement have to be a tablet or can it be chew able? How long do probiotics last in the fridge?
