Summer Safety Tips from the AAP

Summer is full of fun activities to do with your whole family.

It can also be a time of dangerous hazards that might be lurking in places you might not suspect.

There are insects bites that can make you sick, playground equipment that is not well kept, skateboards and other things with wheels that can be harmful if not used correctly.

It might seem to be overkill to be so concerned, but if you take a few simple precautions, you can have summer fun and make memories that will last a lifetime without injuries that can ruin the summer.

Keep your family safe this summer by following these tips from Dr. David Hill and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
