Healthy Food Choices During the School Year

Keeping up with your child's food choices during the school year is very important.

Starting your child's day with a healthy breakfast and packing a healthy lunch -- one that your child will actually eat -- can be tricky.

But it's SO important. Proper nutrition can affect your kid's energy throughout the school day and even impact his or her absorption of knowledge.

Dr. David Hill and Melanie Cole, MS, discuss the importance of nutrition and healthy food choices during the school year.
