Top Reasons to Go Paleo

You may have heard of the Paleo diet, but what exactly IS it? And, who is it best for?
If you're constantly suffering from symptoms like brain fog, dull skin, or fatigue and overall lethargy, there may be something you can do within your diet to change all of that.

It's called the Paleo way of eating.

Now, you may have heard about Paleo, but what exactly IS this diet?

According to special guest, Tony Federico, it boils down to this: a diet filled with fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, meats, and eggs. Essentially, going back to the types of food that our ancestors ate for thousands of years.

Who is this diet good for?

It can actually be a great fit for anyone... whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance, a soccer mom who wants to lose a few pounds, or someone who is looking to heal illness and disease from the inside out. The diet can be tweaked to fit just about anyone's needs.

All versions of the diet have this in common: eliminating processed, refined, sugar-laden junk foods, as well as foods with artificial colors and ingredients, and returning to the natural foods your body was meant to thrive on.

What is the top reason people go on this diet, and stick to it? Well, it works. When you eat in alignment with biological principles, you simply get results; whether that's weight loss or healing from disease.

What if you want to do a vegan or vegetarian version of Paleo? According to Federico, it IS possible; again, you just have to tweak the diet to your needs.

What are some other reasons to "go Paleo"? It's easy, it's fun and it can become a lifestyle.

Listen in as Federico joins Andrea and Lisa to share the top reasons to start on the Paleo diet, as well as specific foods that you can (and can't) have.
