Wash Your Hands to Keep Germs Away

Throughout this chilly holiday season, handwashing is more important than ever.
Is just a little soap and water enough to keep you safe and well?

December 6 – 12 is National Handwashing Awareness Week, and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics wants to be sure everyone knows how to wash their hands correctly, as well as when handwashing simply can’t be skipped.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Academy Spokesperson, Libby Mills, joins Eat Right Radio host Melanie Cole, MS, to spread awareness on the importance of keeping those germs away.
