Jacqueline Dougé, MD, MPH, FAAP, is currently the Bureau Director of Health Services at the Howard County Health Department (HCHD) in Columbia, MD. Dr. Dougé holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Medical Degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers University. Prior to joining HCHD, she served as the Deputy Health Officer for the Frederick County Health Department.
