Hungry? Feel Full on Fewer Calories

There is scientific research revealing the many factors that determine the correlation between how much you eat and how much weight you gain.

With this research, leading nutritionist Barbara Rolls, PhD, devised a plan in her book, Volumetrics, to give you what you want: a way to lose weight while still feeling full and satisfied. According to USNews.com, and Shape.com, Volumetrics is one of the best "non-diet" diets.

Volumetrics focuses on calorie density (CD), that is, calories per bite. Certain foods, like vegetables, fruits, and greens, have a low CD. When you include low CD foods in your meal, you can cut calories and still feel full without decreasing the amount of food you eat.

In this segment of HER Radio, Rolls discusses her long-term, sensible approach to weight loss based on the breakthrough concept that you can feel full while eating fewer calories. She also shares tasty recipes and eating tips that can help you lose weight effectively, without having to deprive yourself.
