If you have a specific goal weight in mind, or if you're counting down the days until a huge life event, it might be time to increase your fitness routine.

How do you know when enough is enough?

Fitness experts Neal Pire and Grace Desimone share why less is more when it comes to working out to see results, as well as explain what the KISS method entails.
