Is it better to wash your face with hot or cold water?

Unfortunately, you might have some wrong information about how to properly wash your face. Most commercials show that you need to wet your face with warm water to help open your pores and rise with cold to help close them.

However, your pores don't open and close. In fact,by drastically changing the temperature on your face from hot to cold could cause irritation and flare-ups.

What are the best ways to detox your body?

A detox can last for short or long periods of time and is the process of ridding your body of toxic or unhealthy substances. During the detox, your organs work together to help bind and eliminate the toxins in your body that may have come from food, the toxins in your environment and water.

Even though your body naturally detoxes every day, you still might feel bloated. Instead of juicing (which is somewhat similar to fasting) for long periods of time, you might want to consider detoxing for a weekend.

What are the most important vitamins for women in their 20s?

It's never too early to start protecting your body, but it's always smart to discuss vitamin supplements with your doctor.

You might want to consider taking vitamin C, vitamin D, and folic acid.
