Making Your Daily Schedule Based on Your Age

The time you go to bed, what time you rise in the morning, what time you start work, when you work out, and the other daily habits you have throughout your day can either be beneficial or make you unhealthy.

In fact, experts say that if you're in your 30s, you should be getting up at 8 a.m., in your 40s at 7:30 a.m. and in your 50s, 7 a.m. Experts also suggest that depending on your age, you should be starting work approximately two-and-a-half hours after you wake up, due to sleep inertia.

However, in today's society, it seems like following a strict schedule like this is nearly impossible.

Listen in as Pediatric and Adult Sleep and Nutrition Consultant, Ingrid Prueher, shares why making a schedule based on your age can benefit your health.
