1. Who should I see to help with my mood swings?

Mood swings are often grossly misunderstood. Mood swings occur when you go from happy to sad without any trigger.

Even though your emotions can be extremely hard to control, one of the best things you can do is minimize the way you react to the mood swings. You might also want to talk to your doctor about ways to help overcome and treat the anxiety or depression that might be causing your mood swings.

2. What are some tips to help with insomnia?

Insomnia involves having a hard time falling or staying asleep throughout the night. These non-sleeping episodes can come and go, last for a short term of roughly three weeks, or can become a chronic issue.

There are some natural approaches that you might want to consider before using sleeping pills to get a good night's sleep. You might want to try melatonin and magnesium, taking a hot bath, using lavender oil, turning off your TV and other electronics, limiting your caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine intake, as well as avoiding late night meals.

3. This past weekend I started breaking out. Is it true certain foods can cause you to break out?

The reason you're breaking out all of a sudden can be from a number of things, one being what you eat. For example, if your diet consisted of unhealthy foods like sweets, carbs, fast food, or dairy, it could be the reason for your recent breakout.
