How can I stay motivated to stick to a healthy eating plan?

One of the best ways to stick to healthy eating is making a structured plan. For example, this could mean you do your grocery shopping and meal planning at the beginning of the week to stay on track when the week starts to get busy.

Some other tips include eating healthy foods that you actually enjoy, making improvements in your diet like cutting calories or eliminating junk food, and making it public (and enlisting the help of others) or keeping a food journal.

Is Greek yogurt healthier than regular yogurt?

Yogurt is a healthy food choice that can be extremely beneficial. However, when it comes to picking a yogurt, it's best to stay away from flavored ones due to the added sugar. Greek yogurt is a little more expensive but typically has more protein and fewer carbs than regular yogurt.

Is walking as effective as running?

Walking is extremely beneficial for your overall health, but more research suggests that running is better if you want to lose some weight. You also will burn more calories and help regulate appetite hormones more effectively by running rather than walking.
