How can I start meditating to de-stress?

Start in small increments to prove to yourself you can do it. Find a quiet place to sit, close your eyes, and try to concentrate on your breathing. You can have a mantra, but you don't have to have one. There are a lot of resources available, and there are people in your community who will join you.

Meditation calms you down. It reduces inflammation and the level of stress hormone in your body.

Why is my hair falling out?

Sometimes it's genetic. It also happens in pregnancy. Hair loss is associated with anemia, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disorders, autoimmune diseases, and skin conditions. Menopause can also cause hair loss due to fluxuating hormone levels. Extreme stress, surgery, trauma, and significant weight loss in a short time can all lead to hair loss.

Go to your physician if you experience hair loss. There is female minoxidil available over the counter.

Hairstyles can also contribute to hair loss. Beware cornrows and tight braids, which can pull on the hair follicles and cause hair to fall out.

What are some tips for falling asleep quicker?

Exercise and physical activity help wear you out. Turn off your screens and devices before you go to bed so you can unwind. Keep a sleep schedule. Reduce the temperature in your bedroom. If you don't get enough sleep, it can lead to severe depression.
