How can I get rid of acne spots?

For newly erupted acne, there are a few natural remedies.
  • Lemon juice is useful for bleaching the spots.
  • Honey is a wonderful anti-inflammatory that can be applied to the spots.
  • Baking soda can exfoliate the area.
Make sure you are using allergy-free products on your skin. Visit Skin Safe to see what products may work for you. Allergies can do a number on your skin.

If your acne is severe, you can try cortisone creams, fillers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion or laser treatment. Speak with your dermatologist about what might work best for you.

Don't pick at your spots. Improve your diet because what you eat will show up on your face. Exercise. Drink lots of water. Be patient when you implement changes because your skin won't recover completely overnight.

What are the best vegetables to eat for iron?

Dark green, leafy vegetables are full of iron. Beans, peas and lentils are great sources. You can also get a lot of iron from eating broccoli, beets, leeks and scallions.

How can I tone my body without gaining too much muscle or looking too bulky?

Genetics play a larger role in your ability to bulk up than weight-lifting. You can get lean and tight through doing yoga, Pilates and ballet. Add a little intensity to your workout. Make sure you don't go home after your workout and eat junk.
