Carol Dickman has been doing yoga for over 45 years and is certified in both the Kripalu and the Bikram methods. She also holds "Yoga of the Heart" certification, specializing in yoga for those with heart disease, cancer and other life threatening conditions.
Carol was a pioneer in adapting yoga for people with special needs. These include the blind and visually impaired, those with arthritis, cancer, diabetes, MS, back and heart concerns and seniors. She has taught at Canyon Ranch, for Princess Cruise Lines, AARP and for NBC where she was also a producer for the TODAY show and NBC Nightly News.
