You have to face your own emotions. If you love yourself, you will find less strife and upsetting challenges in other relationships. Listen to yourself and accept your emotions.
What do you want in the relationship? It may not be what you need.
Be sure you talk to your partner when you're feeling the relationship is sub-optimal.
Some relationships are not meant to be. That's okay. You can conclude a relationship in a lovely way.

How to Heal & Nurture Relationships
Featuring:
Chandresh Bhardwaj
Chandresh Bhardwaj is Spiritual Teacher, Founder of the Break the Norms Movement, and author of Break the Norms: Questioning Everything You Think You Know About God and Truth, Life and Death, Love and Sex (Sounds True, January 1, 2016).By drawing on ancient Eastern traditions of healing, meditation, and transformation, Chandresh helps others awaken their inner selves and realize their highest potential in this modern time.
Born and raised in India, Chandresh’s interest and training in spirituality started early, as a seventh generation spiritual guide, he was taught by both his father, His Holiness Shri Chamunda Swami, and his grandfather, His Holiness Shri Ratan Pindorvi, an acclaimed healer from Punjab, India. After experiencing the death of his sister, and his best friend at age of 19, Chandresh learned first hand how transformative meditation and spirituality can be in day-to-day life.
Following his graduation from high school in 2004, Chandresh moved to New York City to attend Baruch College, where he graduated with a degree in both Finance and Psychology. It was during an internship on Wall Street that Chandresh decided to pursue his life’s passion of helping others grow through meditative and healing practices, creating the Break the Norms organization in 2010.
Break the Norms, through Chandresh’s design, is a center of healing, self-discovery and transcendence and has since gained a global audience with students in the United States, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Hong Kong, Bali and India. Through both one-on-one and group personal development programs, Chandresh’s methodology teaches his students practical meditations and ways to uplift their lives through tangible and modern lessons, without renouncing their current lifestyle.
Separating himself with a focus on spirituality and meditation, rather than motivational tactics, Chandresh teaches his students not to renounce anything in their lives, but accept everything as part of their journey. He doesn’t ask his students to run away from attachments, ego, anger, greed or sexual desires, instead, teaching how to channelize these emotions to connect with their higher selves.
The success of the organization led to the release of Chandresh’s first book, Break the Norms: Questioning Everything You Think You Know About God and Truth, Life and Death, Love and Sex (Sounds True) in January 2016, with the forward being written by His Holines, The Dalai Lama.
Chandresh continues to travel the globe, adding to his teaching and transforming lives along the way. When he is not teaching, Chandresh enjoys writing poetry. He is currently based in California.
