Retreats for the Broken Hearted

Breakups and heartbreak are traumatic. Daily life serves as a reminder of the lost love and positive times from the relationship. A change of environment can help the heart heal.

Amy Chan created a breakup bootcamp for this very reason. The program starts with women sharing their stories with each other. Activities like yoga and meditation help women heal. Additional practitioners are on hand to guide healing modalities that best help an individual woman’s trauma.

Another unique aspect at the retreat is the rule against ex-bashing. It creates negative energy. Former lovers provide insight into the the individuals who selected them. Patterns and belief systems that lead to wrong relationships are examined.

Listen as Amy joins Dr. Pamela Peeke to share how her breakup bootcamp works.
