Hormone University was born in 2020 as an educational platform with the mission to improve hormone health through knowledge and advocate for social impact in our communities.

Its founder, Ana Gonzalez Herrera, suffered from stage IV Endometriosis for years and went through five surgeries. Like her, 47% of the adult female population is experiencing hormone imbalances. She realized there is a lot to be done and learned in order to make the right health choices, and education is the foundation of many areas of wellness within communities. After her personal experience, Ana decided this obstacle in her life would become her mission to help others and increase awareness of hormonal imbalances.

We believe we should all have equal access to wellness resources. Our aim is to educate on a holistic lifestyle with the help of experts and address any and all types of hormone disorders, including Adrenal Health, Thyroid Health, Blood Sugar Health, Women’s Health, and Men’s Health.
