Madonna Boclair Hanna (The Fast Fashionista) is a 2023 National Senior Games Gold Medalist, amateur competitive sprinter. Her late in life unexpected sprinting journey has been featured on the TODAY Show, National Public Radio, “All Things Considered”, as well as various magazine publications and short videos: Growing Bolder and My “Y” Story. Madonna is a freelance writer for the AARP publication The Ethel. She was also a 2023 Get Set Up Athlete Ambassador. Additional Madonna is a Motivational speaker, actress/playwright, and a retired award-winning vocational educator. (Milken Educator Recipient and Point of Light recipient recognized by the late President George H.W. Bush) Her children book, Mommy, Why Are My Eyes So Big? received the 2003 Outstanding Author Award from the Washington Organization for Reading and Development.
