Rachelle holds a B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. in exercise physiology, completed postdoctoral training in exercise psychology, and is also an ACSM certified exercise physiologist. Rachelle currently chairs the ACSM’s Continuing Professional Education Committee and also serves on the Worldwide Fitness Trends Committee. She currently works as an industry scientist for Therabody, leading global research for the company and bridging the gap between research and the consumer.
