Karin Weinstein is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, BoneFit™ Trained provider, and 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness since 2008 and strength training since 2016. Founder of Karin Weinstein Yoga & Strength and Co-Founder of Soma Yoga Training, she specializes in helping women—especially those with osteopenia or osteoporosis—build strength, improve balance, and safely increase or maintain bone density. Her own journey began over 20 years ago when a search for relief from chronic back and neck pain led to a transformative somatic yoga practice that continues to shape her work. Known for her warm, empowering, and curiosity-driven approach, Karin blends yoga, functional movement, and evidence-based strength training to help people move through life with greater ease, resilience, and confidence. She also serves as a Senior Osteoporosis Strength Coach with Kaari Prehab.
