Laetitia Vitaud is a writer and speaker about the future of work. She writes about the future of work and HR "with a feminist perspective" in her newsletter Laetitia@Work and is a contributor to Fast Company. She examines the intersection of age, gender, and demographic change in the workplace, arguing that inequalities tend to widen over time and that women over 45 represent one of the most undervalued talent pools in today’s labor market.
