Dr. Tiffany A. Esmat earned her Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Health Fitness Specialist, Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer and with the American Red Cross as an instructor in CPR/AED and First Aid. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Exercise Science and Sport Management at Kennesaw State University. Her current line of research involves the examination of the relationship between fitness and cognition.
