Finding the best ways to exercise while on the road may be just the answer you've been looking for. There are many opportunities now to get some exercise at the airport while waiting for a flight.

    In 1998, Chris was certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and has been very active in the College as conference presenter, writer, and media liaison. He is particularly proud of his involvement in the ACSM Committee on Certification and Registry Boards where he chaired its Exam Development Team and learned a great deal about certification test development and professional credentialing. In 2002, Chris was certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been active there as well as conference presenter, writer, and media liaison. He looks forward to enhancing his involvement with Association activities. Earlier this year, Chris joined the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
