Jake Davidson, MHA, FACHE
Jacob (Jake) Davidson is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations management and strategic planning. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jefferson Healthcare. With his thoughtful and open-door policy, Jacob is committed to promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration within the organization.
In addition to the numerous service lines Jake oversees, he is spearheading the Campus Modernization Project, which is slated to begin construction this summer. This ambitious project involves the replacement of the existing 1965 Building, which has served a variety of purposes over the years, with a state-of-the-art facility. The new building will feature larger medical office space for a range of specialties, including Oncology, Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Wound Clinic, Express Clinic, and more.
Jacob's passion for healthcare and his dedication to patient-centered care embodies the values of Jefferson Healthcare. He has a keen understanding of the complex and ever-evolving healthcare landscape and is committed to ensuring that Jefferson Healthcare stays at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
When not working, Jacob enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his wife and five beautiful children. He is actively involved in the community and is a member of Port Townsend Rotary and several healthcare professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
