Kate Kindy is the Nurse Residency Program Coordinator at Mount Carmel Health System, where she leads the development, facilitation, and continuous improvement of the system’s nurse residency experience, strengthening the transition of new graduate nurses into professional practice. A longtime educator and clinical leader within Mount Carmel, she previously served as an Acute Care Clinical Educator, advancing system-wide initiatives, enhancing clinical competencies, and supporting evidence based practice integration. Kate is also a proud graduate of the Mount Carmel College of Nursing’s Second Degree Accelerated Program Master of Science in Nursing Education, bringing her full-circle perspective as both alumna and leader to the professional growth of new nurses across the organization.
