Foods Every Healthy Kitchen Needs

Do you think you have healthy eating habits? What you keep in your kitchen is the telltale sign.
Have you looked in your pantry lately?

Is it full of boxes and packages? Of junk food and easy-to-grab packaged snacks?

What about your freezer and fridge? Have you really taken a good look for the signs of healthy eating?

What even are those signs?

It's as simple as this: what you keep in your kitchen will tell you if you have healthy eating habits... or not.

Melanie Cole, MS, and Dr. Felecia Stoler give you the do's and don't's of properly stocking your kitchen for the healthiest ways to eat.

(Here's a hint... your fridge should be much more full than your pantry!)
