EFT: Stress Less, Weigh Less & Love More

Tapping (EFT) has grown in popularity over the past few years to reduce anxiety. But did you know it can help with weight loss as well?
EFT, also known as "tapping," has grown in popularity over the past few years.

Jessica Ortner, an EFT expert, explains tapping as "acupressure without the needles," and involves tapping lightly on various meridian points.

One of the things you can use tapping for is anxiety. When you suffer from anxiety, you feel it in your entire body. The tapping sends a message to your brain to "relax" and let that anxiety go.

Tapping can also be used for relieving headaches, and even aiding in weight loss.

In fact, the inspiration for Jessica's book, The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss & Body Confidence: A Woman's Guide to Stressing Less, Weighing Less, and Loving More, came from her struggle with weight, and her pattern of turning to food during anxious periods in her life.

In this segment, Jessica shares the methods she's used with success, as well as tips for improving your health and wellness with positive thinking and motivation.
