Eugene Elliott, MD, FACS
Eugene D. Elliot, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Rochester, N.Y. Dr. Elliott received his clinical training in general surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center, and completed fellowships in cosmetic surgery, hand and microvasular surgery.

Dr. Elliott is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a published author in his field. He is a member of the California Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, and American Society of Plastic Surgery. As a participant in the volunteer organization, Interplast Inc., Dr. Elliot provides reconstructive plastic surgery for the needy in the underdeveloped countries.
