However, whether you're making your own salads at home or hitting up a salad bar, you still have to pay attention to how you construct your leafy masterpiece.

What are some salad mistakes you can make?

  • Vegetables that haven't been washed correctly.
  • Salad dressings that have artificial ingredients.
