Jennifer Castro, RN, MSN, is a Clinical Quality Analyst in the Quality Department at Orange Coast Memorial. She graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2013 with her Masters in healthcare administration. In her current role as a clinical quality analyst, Jennifer focuses on data abstraction and performance improvement. She is currently participating in initiatives including: sepsis patient care, reducing patient falls, reducing hospital acquired pressure injury, and improving medication reconciliation compliance. Over the past nine years working at Orange Coast Memorial, Jennifer has held a several positions, working as a medical-surgical nurse educator and a telemetry staff nurse.
