A plant-centric diet could benefit your overall health.
Some people adopt a plant-based or animal-free diet for health reasons. So long as dietary needs like B vitamins, essential fatty acids, and amino acids are met, a plant-centric diet can benefit the body and the environment.

Nutrient-dense food is better for you than processed foods. In fact, you may be consuming two-to-three times the protein your body needs, so a plant-based diet could benefit you.

Listen as Dr. Nadja Pinnavaia joins Dr. Susanne Bennett to discuss how to enjoy a plant-based diet.
