Jason A. Liauw, MD | Ashley E. Balaker, MD
Dr. Jason A. Liauw graduated from the Stanford University School of Medicine where he was recognized with the highest distinction awarded to those in the medical scholars program. Dr. Liauw completed his neurosurgery residency training at the Johns Hopkins Department of Neurosurgery where he was chief of service in 2014. The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Neurosurgery Department was ranked #1 in the country by US News and World Report during his training.

Dr. Balaker is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and a subspecialist in Otology – Neurotology. She graduated from USC Keck School of Medicine with Honors after earning a B.S. in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA. Dr. Balaker then completed a two-year subspecialty Fellowship in Otology/Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery at the California Ear Institute in Palo Alto, California.
