- Journal. Write down all the things that are working for you and the things that are not working. This will quickly illustrate where you need to turn your focus.
- Focus on the lymphatic system. Drink a lot of water. Dry brushing increases your circulation and gets your lymphatic system moving. Practice lymphatic massage.
- Incorporate lemon and lemon juice. This flushes your system and gets your digestive system working.
- Live in the moment. As the seasons change, walk around and notice the little things that happen from day to day.
