The Doctor's Book of Natural Health Remedies

Recent healthcare changes and costs may have left you more confused and angry then ever.

You may try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by cooking your own food, working out and eliminating processed foods from your pantry.

However, sometimes the unexpected happens, leaving you with a health issue and no where to turn.

Would you consider following a natural, holistic approach when it comes to your health?

Homeopathy is the belief that your body has the power and own tools to heal itself. Homeopathy, also known as holistic medicine shares the philosophy that "like cures like."

For instance, let's say you're sick. Instead of going to your doctor, you decide to give homeopathy a try.

The concept is this: if a substance in a healthy person causes a symptom, by giving you a small dose of that substance, you have the power to cure your illness.

Peg Moline has written a guide to help you ease into a more natural approach to healing and make YOU your own primary caregiver. When she began compiling this guide, Moline set out wanting everything you need to know about curing yourself in one place. This book covers a variety of topics ranging from self health to integrative health.

What else falls into the holistic category?

Moline joins Dr. Holly to discuss her new book, The Doctor's Book of Natural Health Remedies and what you can do on your own to get your health back naturally.
