Are You Ready for the Next Phase of Your Life Cleanse?

If you've completed your version of a life cleanse, what's the next step? The redesign.
On a previous segment of Naturally Savvy, entitled "Is It Time to Do a Life Cleanse?" guest Alicia Haywood shared what she'd been doing to cleanse her life... much of which involved getting rid of material possessions and re-evaluating her career and life path.

Now, Alicia has completed the cleanse and is working on the next phase: the redesign.

What does this mean to her? And what might it also mean to you?

For one thing, Alicia has identified areas that she should be working within, and just letting that happen naturally without "orchestrating" an outcome. She's being careful not to "produce" her life; she wants her life to happen the way it was intended.

Now, this is not an easy thing to do if you're the type of person who likes to make things happen. But, to be successful, you have to let go of the control and the power you're possessing.

Here are some things to consider...

In a financial aspect, you might have to change your perspective on what wealth means to you. What do you really need to live your new life? What is excess and what is essential? How much value do you put on material possessions? What can you do without?

In a career aspect, are you working with people you want to work with? Do you respect them as colleagues, and, alternately, do they respect you? Is your work taking over your life? Perhaps you want to learn to play just as much as you work; that's a great goal to start with.

In the end, you might find that a life cleanse -- and eventual redesign -- is the answer you've been searching for all along.

Tune in as Alicia shares more about her journey, as well as specific questions you can ask yourself when beginning this adventure yourself.
