New Year, New View

Every start of the New Year is riddled with marketing campaigns with sayings that focus on trying to change the person you are. Without realizing it, you may have fallen into the trap of "a new year, a new YOU."

You might become overwhelmed listening to friends, colleagues, and family members discussing the new changes they hope to enforce in the New Year. And, you might feel like you, yourself, must contribute to making resolutions as well.

You also don't need to change EVERYTHING about who you are. You might just need a different viewpoint.

Dr. Holly discusses how a New Year should focus on a more positive outlook: a New Year and a New VIEW... because there is nothing wrong with who you are.
