Dos & Don'ts of Natural Supplements

Claiming that a product is natural can be very tricky. "Natural" is defined as existing in or caused by nature; not made or caused by humankind.

So when buying natural products, how do you know which ones you can trust?

Holly Lucille, ND, RN, joins host Melanie Cole to discuss natural supplements and how to decide which natural supplements to use.
