In 2018, Laura Musall woke up with terrible night sweats and texted her girlfriends to complain. That group message sparked what would later become CoolRevolution PJs - cooling pajamas for modern menopausal women.

Laura Musall is co-founder of CoolRevolution, which she and long-time friend Mindy Ford launched in spring 2019, to offer women comfortable, cooling pajamas designed for women with night sweats. The 54-year-old Fishers, Ind., woman is a residential realtor, a career she began in 2007, after more than two decades working in communications. She's passionate about women's issues and empowering women to achieve their dreams to live their best lives. She and her husband of 32 years have two children and two grandchildren.
