Jamie-FergusonJamie Relei Ferguson is a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach whose passion is to connect individuals to their wellness through identifying the foods that are essential to each individual to nourish body, heart, and soul. She practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of life are connected and serve as forms of nourishment. For years, Jamie struggled with trying to find a healthy relationship with food. It was this somewhat up and down relationship that gave her the desire to live a more fulfilling life and opened her eyes up to nourishing herself with whole foods, unprocessed foods from the earth and the soul foods of life, her relationships, physical activity, spirituality and career. Her own journey inspired her to start her coaching business in 2010 where she now serves as a guide to help individuals discover the food and lifestyle choices that work best for them and implement lasting changes that create fulfillment, balance, and overall health.

Prior to starting Be Well Connections, Jamie worked as a corporate health coach. She attended UCLA, BYU, and IIN: The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between. Today Jamie offers a range of programs and services, from individual and group telephonic coaching sessions, health food market tours, cooking classes and demos, to radio, television and public speaking engagements.
