How Can Clean Eating Heal Your Body?

After visiting countless doctors and the Mayo Clinic with no results, Amie Valpone was able to heal herself from a decade of chronic pain and multiple ailments.
After visiting countless doctors and the Mayo Clinic with no results, Amie Valpone was able to heal herself from a decade of chronic pain and multiple ailments, including lyme disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, and heavy metal and mold toxicity.

For years, Amie had suffered with unwanted symptoms but was not getting any answers. She, like many others today, felt frustrated and at a dead end.

Fortunately, Amie discovered the benefits of Functional Integrative Medicine, which involves treating the root cause of a health condition, instead of just addressing the symptoms with drugs.

Eventually, Amie came to realize what it felt like to actually be healthy. Her journey spurred her to write her book, Eating Clean: The 21 Day Plan to Detox, Fight Inflammation, and Reset Your Body.

Amie joins host, Andrea Donsky, to share what her book is about, as well as to offer tips and advice for anyone who is suffering from inexplainable symptoms.
