Toxic Overload & Fighting Fatigue

Discover how to reduce the toxins in your life and decrease fatigue.
The toxins that surround us can interfere with our endocrine systems. These toxins may contribute to obesity, endometriosis, allergies and autism.

The average American uses nine healthcare products daily, which exposes them to 123 chemicals absorbed into the body in a mere 26 seconds.

Think about the toxins in your environment and the products you use. While you can’t control what happens in the outside world, you can control your own habits, what you ingest and which products you use.

Simple Steps to Take Care of You
  • Detox under supervision from a health practitioner. Your liver and fat cells may need some help getting rid of toxins. You can also feel toxic overload in your muscles.
  • Remove foods that stimulate inflammation. Gluten, sugar and dairy can contribute to inflammation.
  • Eat foods that stimulate enzymatic reactions in the liver to help you detox.
  • Probiotics help some toxins leave your body.
  • You may need more nutrients than you can consume in your food in a day. Add supplements when needed. Take a phyto multi that contains vitamins, minerals and phyto nutrients.
  • Exercise. Increase your heart rate, do some strength training and work on flexibility.
  • Stick to organic foods.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Take 15-20 minutes each day to relax. You can meditate or pray but the important thing is just to turn everything off.

Extracellular Matrix (ECM)

Your extracellular matrix is everything outside of the bone. Cartilage, ligaments and fascia are part of the extracellular matrix. Muscle aches and dysfunction in the muscles can result from toxins stored in the ECM.

Toxins, a compromised gut and liver function lead to fatigue. The number one complaint doctors hear is fatigue.

Listen in as Dr. Robert Silverman shares how you can address toxins in your body and decrease fatigue.
