Reshma Stone is the Associate Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia, PA. Reshma has worked in various roles in Einstein’s planning department over the last 10 years. Reshma has strengths in strategic/ business planning, ambulatory site development, market analytics and project management.

In her current role as Associate Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development, she leads a team of planning managers and analysts in facilitating network-wide strategic and business plans, helping administrative and clinical leadership utilize data to make strategic decisions and leads various business development projects.

Kate O'Rourke is the Senior Director, Physician Liaison Services, at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia PA. She started the liaison program in 2008 to support the Elkins Park campus, and is now responsible for the enterprise, including acute care services for the Philadelphia, Montgomery and Elkins Park campuses, as well as MossRehab outpatient physical therapy and numerous ambulatory sites spanning 2 counties. She co-chairs the Physician Engagement Committee, who's charter is to combat physician burnout at Einstein.

Leah Sheppard is Associate Vice President for Marketing in the Corporate Marketing and Communications Department at Einstein Healthcare Network, a leading health system comprised of several acute care hospitals, numerous outpatient care centers, and primary and specialty care locations throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and corporate communications, Leah joined Einstein from AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. Prior to her work in the pharmaceutical industry, she held strategic marketing and communications positions with the University of Pennsylvania and mid-sized advertising agencies supporting a diverse roster of non-profit, corporate and healthcare clients.
